The board drove almost a month. The track was tracked to the house. Packed in a cardboard box, so nothing broke, although the box was wrinkled. Included board (not prefabricated), two handles, 16 stickers. Plastic is thick, reliable. The only negative-the lines are very thick drawn and superimposed on each other. In terms of push-ups just fire, very convenient. I advise unequivocally, my money is worth it. I recommend the product and the seller.

Best decision I ever made for my health. I work at home a lot so it's easy to stay in one place all day and do nothing but work. I started doing push ups, but an old wrist injury made it rather uncomfortable. These allow me to do push ups with my wrist in a much better position. Since buying these I'm noticeably stronger (lost some weight too) and my wrist has improved to the point where I can do some pushups without discomfort

Both the workmanship and quality of materials are first-rate. They are built to last and they're worth every penny I paid for them. Although they help me achieve a really good pump and deep muscle fatigue, they do not cause me any shoulder pain. Because they don't cause my joints to ache the way that heavy bench press and dumbbell presses do, I now solely use this for my chest workout. Very highly recommended!

Well constructed product. The motion seems smooth and the grips are comfortable. They certainly seem to be effective too. My sets of push-ups on the ground are usually somewhere between 25-30 reps. With these things I get failure at somewhere between 10-15 depending on the pace and don't get the pain in my wrist that I normal get from pushing off the floor itself.
